This project is designed for real-time tracking and planning in urban public transportation.
On the frontend, a mobile-friendly, interactive bus map has been developed using Leaflet.js. On the backend, a custom software has been built on the Laravel framework to manage both vehicle tracking and schedule management.

Featured features:

• Real-time bus tracking: Live GPS data of buses is displayed on the map. Users can track which route the buses are on and their approach to stops in real time.
• Dynamic schedule & time management: All bus schedules, trip times, and special day planning can be edited from the Laravel-based management panel.
• User-friendly interface: Mobile-friendly, fast, and smooth map experience; users can easily search for buses/stops.
• Data integration: The system is kept up-to-date by fetching vehicle locations and schedule information via JSON/REST API.
• Laravel infrastructure: A scalable, secure, and modular software was developed with a strong MVC structure.
• Statistics & reporting: User demand densities, route-based usage reports, and trip analyses can be generated.
• Expandable structure: New routes, layers (e.g., traffic density, stop information) can be added to the map.

Result: The system provides both real-time information to passengers and effective planning and management capabilities to the business.
